Trough Feeders provide controlled product transport, for example between two machines or individual process stages.
The number of lanes, start and end points and trough geometry are tailored to the project. This allows feeding to be matched to the planned transfers between process stages.
For products that generate substantial dust or undesirable noise through contact with metal, the product and installation environment require particular assessment.
Individually configured
Configurations from one to 24 lanes are designed for each project. Examples of lane counts already implemented are 8, 16 and 24. The geometry shown is an example configuration and is adapted to the individual project.
The achievable cycle rate and weighing deviation depend on the product, target weight, machine configuration and process conditions. The specific design is based on your requirements.
