In a Belt Weigher, the product is conveyed in a controlled manner by a belt to the weighing stage and the downstream process. Active product conveying also enables higher cycle rates. Different sizes and multi-lane configurations are available depending on the application.
Other systems may be more suitable for products that generate very high levels of dust or are abrasive. Selection is based on the specific product characteristics and process conditions.

Machine size, number of lanes and design are selected to suit the product, target weight and installation environment. The machine shown is an example configuration; customer-specific configurations are possible.
